PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND USE
Crepetrol A9915 is a coating chemical which has been specifically developed to enhance control of the creping process on a through air dryer machine during the manufacture of soft tissue. On conventional machines it will provide superior performance in terms of high tack.
It is a solution of a patented film forming polymer. When applied to a Yankee cylinder it provides a protective base coating and adhesion which allows the sheet to be held closely to the cylinder surface, whilst the soft film formation ensures easy doctoring and avoids hard coating build-up and blade chatter.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
Crepetrol A9915 has been designed as an adhesive to be sprayed onto the surface of the Yankee cylinder during the production of soft tissue.
It should be used in combination with coating modifiers and release agents from the Hercules range of crepe control products to ensure the maximum control over sheet quality.
It should be dosed in water through a spray bar onto the surface of the Yankee cylinder. The required dosage can be optimized in conjunction with your local Hercules representative.
It has a minimum recommended shelf life of six months when stored between 5°C and 32°C in unopened containers.
It is to be used in accordance with control procedures Hercules establishes for a specific application.

Crepetrol A9915 is made of components suitable for use in the production of paper or paperboard for food packaging purposes according to the XXXVI recommendation of BfR.
